Instructions on Filing a Complaint

Please go to www.rotd.biz and click on the application form and utilize one of the text boxes there to file your complaint. If you wish, you can make it Anonymous or not and it will be emailed automatically to each of the Officers.

Another method to submit a complaint is to use the message system of these forums to send a message to a board admin.

We prefer written submissions of complaints, but alternatively, you may contact any officer in-game to voice a complaint.

All complaints received are posted and discussed in the officers' forums. Disciplinary actions and decisions are kept internal and not disclosed to the public. We reserve the right not to discuss those actions or decisions with the submitter of the complaint.
